| Great real estate and property management company" I bought several properties in the Pittsburg/Antioch area through Matt and he also manage my properties. I must say that I am very happy with his service. Matt is local (If I'm not mistaken he lived all his life in the Contra Costa county) and he knows where are the good neighborhoods are and where to take extra precautions. He's well connected with good contractors and handymen in case you need to give your property some TLC before renting or moving in. As a property manager Matt is always on your side. He tries to avoid unnecessary expanses but still keep the tenants happy. His property management fees are also very reasonable. Outstanding Broker and Property Manager" I live in Los Angeles and have been buying investment properties in the surrounding Concord area for a year or so. Matt Irvin and I have closed 5 deals so far and have 2 more in escrow. Matt has been very assertive with finding good deals and is very realistic with the expectations. Not only does he broker the deal, but organizes the rehab and manages the properties after the close.
