I have used Matt as my realtor during the past 3 years to purchase three investment homes and to sell my mother’s home. I think he is a great realtor. I followed his advice on the investment homes and the homes are worth at least 30% more today than when I bought them. He manages the rental homes (i.e., finds the tenants; collects the rents; deals with any repairs; etc.). I don’t need to deal with anything. Matt just wires me a check each month. He listed my mother’s home for sale. Matt actually came to the house and helped with some of the cleaning and staging. He had the sign out front and kept it full with flyers; held back-to-back open houses, and sold the house in two weeks for $25,000 more than asking price. Matt is honest and smart.
